Urgent Anti-Fraud Warning to the General Public
Beware of unauthorized fraudsters posing as Healthways Store executives
It has come to our attention that unscrupulous individuals and fraudulent cybercriminals are attempting to mislead the public by falsely claiming affiliation with Healthways Store (`healthways.store`). These imposters contact citizens via fake WhatsApp messages, unauthorized Telegram channels, spoofed SMS sender IDs, and fraudulent social media advertisements offering fake lottery winnings, fraudulent employment, or requesting remote access for "order refunds".
1 The 4 Golden Security Rules for Healthways Customers
Healthways Store executives will NEVER ask for your Bank OTP, Credit/Debit Card CVV, ATM PIN, or UPI MPIN under any pretext, including refund processing.
We will NEVER ask you to download remote-access screen sharing tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RustDesk, or QuickSupport to process delivery or refunds.
Always check the browser address bar for https://healthways.store. Beware of subtle misspellings, fake .apk file downloads, or suspicious subdomains.
In UPI architecture, scanning a QR code or entering your PIN always deducts money from your account. You never enter a PIN to receive a refund.
2 Counterfeit Medicines & Spurious Formulations Warning
Under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, manufacturing, marketing, or selling adulterated or spurious Ayurvedic and allopathic medicines is a non-bailable criminal offense punishable by rigorous imprisonment. Counterfeit medicines lack active therapeutic herbs, may contain dangerous heavy metals or undeclared synthetic steroids, and can cause severe organ toxicity.
- AYUSH / Drug License: Verified statutory license number clearly printed on label (e.g. AYUSH/DL-2024/7829).
- Holographic Safety Seal: Intact tamper-evident holographic seal across the bottle or box opening.
- Batch & Expiry Code: Indelibly stamped batch identifier matching your digital delivery invoice.
- Dispensary Verification: Dispensed exclusively from licensed pharmacy hubs with batch testing certificates.

4 How to Report Cyber Scams & Suspicious Communications
If you receive any suspicious SMS, call, or payment link claiming to represent Healthways Store, please take immediate action:
- Do NOT Click or Respond: Do not open unverified links, download APK attachments, or scan QR codes.
- Report to National Cyber Crime Portal: File an immediate complaint at cybercrime.gov.in or dial the Ministry of Home Affairs Cyber Helpline at 1930.
- Notify Healthways Incident Response: Forward screenshots and phone numbers of the imposter to care@healthways.store so our legal and cybersecurity team can initiate domain takedown and police FIR actions.
